I was doing another brand's liver capsules. An incredibly good way to get some real nutrition if you can't stomach organ meat. I'd suggest anyone who can't eat organ meat because of the taste, definitely hit something like this up.

I was doing another brand as well, and it actually gave me heart burn. I still believed in the nutritional value of organ meats so I switched to Heart & Soil in hopes of a higher quality products. I can say after taking this product for over 1.5 years, I've NEVER had heart burn. I feel great and LOVE this supplement.
