Does the use of 25khz wear the ultrasonic machine out quicker that 40khz. Ie the transducers etc. Based on the video we should be using 25 but the operator was told it will reduce the life of them. Im not in usa, but Australia otherwise id call. We are cleaning egr coolers, and dpfs +scrs. The egr cooler and manifolds i think 25khz would be correct based on your info
That does not fall into Ultrasonics, more into Megasonics. Megasonic cleaners are very directional, and controllable, so it is useful for cleaning specific areas, etc.

40kHz 120-130 degrees, ultrasonic cavitation will remove the label.
what about 1.4mhz for cleaning?
