U are so kind to share your tasty recipes with us (who are seniors and need to cook at home for health @ less oil, less salt etc) . God bless your generous heart
I'm SUPER interested to know what kind of recipes you've enjoyed so far? Any favorites? Its amazing being able to cook for yourself and adjust the ingredients for taste/health right? :) I'm a big lover of indian/pakistan food and I'm still finding new dishes that are so unique compared to others I've tried before. Sampling these dishes is divine :)
I just played this in the doctor's waiting room, here in Ontario, Canada. Before I knew it, both people either side of me was watching and totally enjoying it. I think you've got some new fans.
In madras, we don't get this dish. You can travel in a autorickshaw and search entire madra, you wont find spinach with chicken. But I understand this is a Brit dish in it's own right and I salute you for making the British version beautifully! In fact, this should be introduced in Madras. Your channel is amazing and we'll call it by your name when we introduce it in Madras
I totally love this man's passion for food! Bismillah! Latif's channel is my current fave on UA-cam. On a par with Curries with Bumbi (another really excellent cooking channel)...if I ever find myself in Stoke...I'm eating at this man's restaurant...look at the cleanliness of the kitchen...superb! May the light of your god shine down upon you and your family Chef Latif...
I just discovered this chanel and I love it! I'm a British Indian living in san francisco. There are Indian restaurants here but the food doesn't come close to the Indian restaurants back home. Watching these videos definitely helps with my home sickness! Much love 🤜
I have personally learnt a lot from you over the last couple of years great tips. love the enthusiasm and detail in every video and Thankyou for sharing
Totally dig your use of 'Indian'/'BIR' as the blanket term for this cuisine. But I think many Brits know that BIR is actually Bangladeshi cooking. I think. I certainly do, and I'd hope Brits have a good understanding of the significance of Bangladeshis in British Indian Restaurant cooking. Where I live, Nepalese cooking is very big....one thing is for sure....it's all about the taste....and eating magnificent food. The Asian contribution to global cooking is utterly immense. I love food!!
Maaaaaaate. Cooked this today. After being in the bir community for a while and cooking hundreds of bir curries. I have to say.... Wow this has the most amazing flavours I have ever tasted. I used your garlic and ginger and tomato puree recipes also. My goodness. Thank you so much Mr Latif. Absolute next level recipe 👍
Legit. Best cooking channel ever. Man's got me churning out restaurant quality meals and it's SO SIMPLE. Latif my man you are straight up muuuuuuurderin takeaways across the country 😅
I live in a somewhat rural area in the US so going to an Indian restaurant requires travel. My wife's father was from India and we love Indian food. Your channel has helped me make dishes at home that are authentic and enjoyable. Appreciated.
That was one of the best meals you have cooked for us on you tube so much information especially on frying the chicken pieces so subtle yet so effective for layering those flavours God bless brother keep them coming .👍
My man! Thank you so much for this video, I’ve bought plenty of Indian inspired cook books over the years and I’ve managed a half decent curry, but having cooked this meal all I can say is wow! I am going to visit your restaurant soon as you’re not that from me. Thank you
Looks amazing. I am English but love "Indian Food" ;yes I know it comes from all over Indian Asia, but it is always flavourful and super tssty, some of my favourite food, Thanks Latif 👍
I will try this recipe. Thank you for sharing how to cook this at home. Thank you for educating us about India/Pakistan/Bangladash. Keep up the good work! ❤ from Portugal
Great recipe mate. I worked in Saudi as a paramedic at Riyadh airport, where there were Saudis, Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Sri Lankans and Filipinos. I would bring food into the fire stations and ask guys from every nationality to cook a dish from their country. Some guys could cook better than others and those that were really good cooks made food that i will never forget. Some dishes would taste similar to another countries dish but was just as delicious. Countries, food, recipes whatever; if it tastes good and everyone enjoys it just go with it. If you describe yourself as an Indian Restaurant but your of of Bangladeshi heritage, I dont care nor would any other based person. as long as you make great food (and tasty recipes). Latif you inspire me to make great food and i hope this isn;t an insult but I'll make this tonight, Bismillah, cheer mate
Wow! Your channel is honest, thoughtful, helpful and wonderful. Latif's Inspired is way ahead of it's time and influential into the next decade. So much flavor. It's mind blowing.
Dude your recipes are priceless and I use them all the time. Suggestion - set up a regular day to post them, i.e. weekly or monthly. I am subscribed to a few food blogs but yours is one I always look out for - I just don’t know when it will land.
Love you man, I have been cooking 'Bangladeshi' food to 20 years, I am with you, need to reeducate the uk from saying 'going for an Indian!' Cooking this tomorrow for the family!
This evening I cooked salmon tikka (adapted from your tikka recipe from a while back) with peppers, mushrooms and onion cooked off in the excess marinade, saag bhaji and side salad. Dad said it was the most delicious salmon dish he remembers having. Thank you so much, Latif. Allah yubarik fik.
Love this. It’s been all over the television this week how spinach is a super food. I’m also thinking of having a go and substituting seaweed also a super food!!👍
You always deliver a great recipe. Sorry for all the haters out there. A great currry always. I have learned how to make curry from you. Thank you so much. ❤
Always find your cooking & recipes SO inspiring. Makes me want to get in the kitchen & get cooking straight away. Hope to visit your restaurant sometime soon. 😋😋
Hi Latif, I still remember my Mom's great fish curry and rice ( using King Fish ), with an accompaniment of red masala fried fish ( King Fish ). Both dishes were spicy. In your travels, wonder if you can put this in your queue to learn technique and recipe. You have a great channel, and keep up the good work. Thanks in advance for your consideration.
And we appreciate your effort and dedication towards your lovely dishes and recipes. Since I have started cooking your recipes it has become so much more easier making Indian dishes for the whole family. We all absolutely love them. Thank you so much Latif. Keep up the good work. Have a great day
I really love your recipes which seem so much better than many of the ones I have relied upon for many years. But there is one spice I really like that I have on ever seen in one recipe in my books. the spice is Hing or the really bad english name of Asafoetida. The recipe I use it in is Gujrati potatoes (which I love) but wonder is it used in any other dishes. PS I made the Chicken Masala Jal fri last week and even though I did not have all the correct ingredients (I forgot to buy yoghurt so used full cream milk instead of the yoghurt water mix) it was probably the best curry I have ever cooked. Thanks
Another amazing looking dish thanks for sharing - It was wonderful to visit your fabulous restaurant and meet with you on Sunday - Thanks for spending the time chatting with us we all had amazing meals! We will see you again! Thanks Peter😁
