TC544Ax Temperature controller is a SELEC brand controller. This TC544Ax used in automation to control the temperature of machineries. TC544Ax have 2 relay output control and its programmable. This Temperature controller measures physical temperature using Thermo-couple or RTD. PID and On/Off control are programmable by this TC544Ax. Using this TC544Ax temperature controller we can set desired temperature using 3 button on its front side. It have easy mounting clamp on it. In this video we going to see Connection and Configuration of Heat-Cool control of a process using TC544Ax On/Off Control method.

bro i am using tc513 controller to on/off heating. i have set the low limit to 190 and high limit to 200. but it not working properly, i think threshold error, could you help me to solve.

bro Higher limit and lower limit parameters used for restrict the temperature setting range in main page. Its not a cut on/off point for the controller. if u need control the temperature between the 190 to 200 the set the temperature setting in main page to 200 and set the parameter Hysterisis (Hys) to 10 (200-10=190). Does it help u..
