You get a feeling of awe and respect when you see one of those giants in person, seemingly invincible. And yet, here they are, battered and broken. A permanent reminder of our inherent violent nature.
Seeing the bodies of capsuleers floating in space close to those massive tools of war puts things in perspective: One individual, controlling such a gigantic and fearsome weapon... This is poetry in video-form.
the B-R5RB battle is like one of those "great wars" or "great battles" that character usually talk about in movies, games, or tv shows. I never played eve online before (I wanted too, but I had to do a subscription fee.) but seeing at how this event is so big, i'm kinda tempted too play it.
Great battles indeed, don't forget "for years to come" In real life, battles the size of B-R5RB will go down in history, and persevere until it was but a myth.
+RazgrizOne listen...this goes for all you subscription fee folks....YOU CANT KEEP A GOOD GAME CURRENT AND GOOD WITHOUT PAYING FOR IT. $10 IS NOTHING. its okay...I-its okay...shhhhh...its only $10 a month... if you cant afford that...you shouldn't even be on youtube. you should be getting money.
carlos danger Made that comment a long time ago. Reason I said that is because I didn't have a job at the time. Also games with subscription fees is always a red flag for me. Only game where I spent money on is probably warthunder (mainly for the premium)
Thank you for your comments everyone, and thank you CCP for sharing the video. I'm extremely humbled and happy that so many people have taken the time to watch it.
Viendo este vídeo solo imaginé una voz narrando “humanos.. una raza tan poderosa y volátil que carga con la maldición de intentar no borrarse así misma de los confines del espacio..”
RavagedSociety I hope these Titan sites start getting used in the future as a form of Exploration site - Salvage/Data/Relic harvest, rogue drone spawns wouldn't be bad either. Give people a REASON to visit them. Spend months building the titans, then watch almost 100 of them explode in 1 place, in 1 day? A real area like that would be a grave robber's paradise
Please tell me there's a higher quality one available (or going to be available) for download somewhere? Once that's not been soft brushed to hell by youtube?
How many decaying Titans are actually displayed there? I heard around 75 Titans were destroyed. Are there 75 decaying titans floating around there or is it just a few?
This still hits hard, 9 years later. Thank you.

1 individual but thousands of unnamed crew.
Titans aren't piloted by one person.
The atmosphere of this video is undescribable.

3:56 is just too damn gorgeous. Can't cry.
Has it really been 6 years already? Hell, closing in at 7 now.

good work man, captured the ambiance perfectly
zaqq Thank you!
This is beyond words. The music, and the monument itself, give such a feeling of grandeur. I feel oddly moved.
Thank you very much.
Nice video, mate.
Great cinematography.
Thanks! (One of those shots cost me a Helios) :)
Absolutely amazing. Renewed my subscription right after watching this. See you in game :)

Fuck... just one more year.
amazing, moody and moving....
I was there...
Must've been hell...
that1dude0092 It was kinda amazing yet a bit scary. Hard to imagine how intense that giant battle was.
Those titans must have been scary to see
wrecks in space should have a minimum spin.
Well done.
Thank you.
so many titans....minus 1 kind.
Titan losses by type: Gallente Erebus - 37, Amarr Avatar - 25, Minmatar Ragnarok - 13, Caldari Leviathan - 0
I've uploaded a slightly improved version:
Titanomachy HD, EVE Online
I can imagine pirates living on them wrecks, and uses them as bases.
I'm more apt to believe we'll soon be seeing rogue drone super caps lurking about.

Paul Putrow Nice idea. Here's another proposal to make capital wrecks more attractive to salvagers: themittani.com/features/salvaging-and-wrecks-idea
Should have had some voices from players in the fight, distorted to be indistinguishable in the audio track. :) But still, beautiful!
I would like to hear that too. :O
Should have had the guy from rooks and kings talking, His voice is as relaxing as the music ;)
Thank you, and that's a great idea. Would definitely give the video added poignancy.
Автору респект, красивый ролик и музыка, надо обязательно слетать и самому посмотреть. Well done!!
Спасибо!

Not perfect but there's a better version here:
Titanomachy HD, EVE Online

I don't know, but I doubt it'd be the full 75 as that could cause lag for some players due to how many models there would be.
Capitals wreck really cool . but it's lack of animations , pretty sad.
amazing! make FHD plz.
Slightly better version uploaded:
Titanomachy HD, EVE Online
