The orchestra is the Wren Symphony orchestra. The conductor was Stanley Black (1913-2002), a highly talented British arranger, pianist, conductor and composer who thrived in the fields of popular and classical music.
I remember watching this on TV as a kid! Brings back memories! Makes you proud to be British this song! Thanks for posting.

Love this, but the orchestra version is probably one of my favourites out there!
Orchestras don’t half drown out low range vocals. You can see why classical singers are forced to sing so high
Pauline has a good voice, Linda's is not so good.
