for those people who are afraid of crashing or an emergency landing, the safest vehicle on earth is a plane, so you are actually much safer in a plane than a car
The blanket is changed on every flights, it will not be reused for a few flights. The reason why flight attendant fold the blankets is because at some smaller destinations the used blankets is not offload but returned on the same plane to hub for central processing. At least this is how things are done at a flag carrier in HK where I work in
I may be wrong, most likely but I recall watching a video on UA-cam were someone said that the autopilot can actually land a plane in the right condition and in fact it help pilots land planes all the time. Now I'm sure it's probably not called autopilot but some other name so not to stress people out.
In India it's a totally different scenario. If you get your boarding pass at the airport itself you are very unlikely to get a front side seat. Most of them are full by the time you check in. And if you're opting for web check-in, then you will see that the front seats cost almost 1.5x or sometimes even 2x than the back seats. So most probably you will settle for a tail seat. I have been traveling through planes for almost 6-7 years now & it's still a mystery to me why the front seats are more costly & still get taken up so fast.
When completing pilot training, you'll first get you PPL (Private pilot licence), with a bit more training, your CPL (Commercial pilot license). Might've been handy to include.
overall great video but something about the autopilot part isn't right... for example, the pilots can engage the autopilot a few minutes before take-off with the help of the lnav or vnav in the 737. or the ap1 and ap2 in the airbus with the help of the V/S (Vertical Speed)... another mistake that I found in the video is that there actually is an autoland system in the Boeing and Airbus planes as far as I know.
4:04 I THOUGHT PLANES CAN'T FLY OVER THE NORTH POLE BECAUSE IT'S VERY DANGEROUS IF AN EMERGENCY OCCUR! YOU SAID THAT FROM YOUR PREVIOUS VIDEOS......... c'mon
Actually, in newer models of aircraft, autopilot CAN land the plane, however, in the U.S, at least two crew members have to be in the cockpit at all times, to make sure nothing goes wrong.
The autopilot can do so only at runways with ILS cat III. This is the most precise navigation system, and only the most used runways at larger airports have it. And the autoland can be done also in some older aircrafts, like the B737 classic generation, B757, Lockheed L1011 Tristar, and many more. In the most cases, after the takeoff, the pilots can give the control to the autopilot when passing 400 feet above the groud, but usually, the like to fly the plane for a few minutes, and then turn on the A/P. During landing, the altitude at which the pilots have to take control may differ, but normally, they let the autopilot to stabilize the airplane on the approach and then, a few miles before the runway, they take turn the A/P off.

just want to point out a thing that autopilots can actually land the aircraft safely. in case of low visibility or harsh weather conditions the autopilot is programmed to land the plane safely...just a little harder than usual.

The majority of modern Airliners can Auto ILS land quite well. It does require the airport to have the required equipment though.

That is true.
If the runway has a ILS (Instrument Landing System) then the plane might be able to land.
