I haven’t had a relapse in almost three months I think. I nearly relapsed a few weeks ago due to my mental issues. Then I nearly relapsed again because someone kept yelling at me. I’m three months strong though, I’m trying to keep going. I needed a friend to walk me through first aid last time.. it got bad. This has brought me some comfort today, so thank you!

Completely can relate I used to cut myself and bandage it to were no one could ever tell cause I was good at hiding my emotions and pain mentally and physically, this really helped my mental health and also made me cry for hours, thank you. I used to start coughing up blood because of this, and I can it because I was bullied and am still being bullied but I have learned how to shut off all my emotions and pain.
This is probably why I have a split personality, and a f*cked up backstory, especially after a kid I thought was a friend almost drown me to death sending me to the hospital and putting me in a coma, then laughing about it with others on the first day I came back to school.
Ive learned to shut off my emotions too. Usually when people are yelling at me. Because if I don’t shut off my emotions then I’ll probably have another panic attack and there’s a chance I could black out from it
@@Nico_VA I feel you I black out a lot if I don't shut off my emotions, cause I have been thrown into walls, had my head hit concrete bricks and wooden frames, often times when I snap out of my black out I start coughing up blood.

I know this audio is 2 months old already but I still wanted to say something. I watched it a few times already and I was watching it now and it just came to my mind. The time when my depression hit rock bottom is now behind me and I no longer self-harm. I only used cutting to hurt myself once and it backfired cause someone quickly found out and I had to get more creative later. It seems as if I'm not really the target audience for this audio but still it feels incredibly comforting. I'm still depressed but much better and people around me understand it much much better, but at some point when I was at my worst I wish I had someone take care of me like this. I wish I had someone regularly check how I'm feeling and not just check me for any injuries. That's why this video feels so good cause it fills that hole. It makes me imagine that there really was someone who did that for me, even if it's just imagining and just for a few minutes. So thanks for bringing me that comfort.

I’m a bit scared to comment this but I struggle and used to SH everywhere but my arms since that’s the one place my mom would check and I’ve not hurt myself since October so I’m 2 months strong because my friend found out and she said that she wasn’t mad but just scared and let me cry all I needed too then asked me to please throw away the piece of glass I used and made me turn my camera on the call so she would make sure I did it I’m really grateful to her and I’ve almost relapsed but I haven’t yet and remember no matter what even though I don’t know you I care about you and if you need to talk I’ll be here ❤️❤️❤️❤️
