Strange, my SR300E has a pickup balance and a master volume, rather than 2 volumes. Even on the Ibanez website, it doesn't list these as having separate volume controls for the pickups.

Ive been debating upgrading the pickups in this bass, just not sure which route to go. Any suggestions?

@@mdemartile great question, i myself like the sound they give. But.... totally if you want more punch, maybe some DiAmarzios.... check out their website. Or google Best Bass Pickup. Just a thought.
