I listen on like 30% volume when I Go to bed at night usually will listen 2-7 times then close the video and go back to bed it works like a charm .... Its been 3-4 weeks now and I feel better and better everyday ... im happier and more focused at work and more confident ...

I’ve seen many others say that’s not true and that our minds are limitless and that there are no boundaries. Of course you should listen to the same category of subs at a time. For instance if you want to focus on love and money; do your love subs all together, maybe wait 30 mins or an hour and then do your money subs.
Really because you want to focus and develop a burning desire on just a few things at a time to magnetize them easier to us. With too many subjects and areas of focus our power and thoughts and energies are limited and less effective, hope that helps.
