Episode 1 What's Inside BME680 Gas Sensor

Bosch Sensortec BME680 gas sensor is a remarkable System In Package (SIP) that is able to measure pressure, humidity, temperature and gases (indoor air quality measurement). Additionally, its caters for communication with the outside world using I2C and SPI interfaces. This video looks at the internal MEMS and CMOS chips packaged in the gas sensor by decapsulation of the metal lid.
