I adored Hay on Wye too when I went this year. I kept saying that I was so happy! It was incredible to be somewhere with so many bookworms around me. My favourite speaker at the festival was Jeanette Winterson. She is a fantastic orator! I discovered an amazing campsite called Raquety Farm which is above the village.
Hay-on-Wye is such a charming bookshop town and the Gay-on-Wye is an adorable queer bookshop. 🏳️🌈
Glad you enjoyed the town and festival. 📚
What a dream destination! Thanks for taking us with you. 📚🤎

Absolute dream to visit there! Fun fact: Canada only has one book town, and I live right next to it, but it only has 6 shops.
And it’s so big! There’s one in wales, Scotland and England so just keep coming back!
So charming! It’s absolutely on my bucket list.
Go for more than two days that’s my advice aha!
The Hay Cinema Bookshop is amazing - spent hours in there when I visited earlier this year. Great video!
Wigtown in Scotland is a great booktown too, they do a book festival every year also, a little more lowkey than Hay but still fun!
you managed to see loads of Hay in such a short space of time, fantastic! ♥️
It´s a dream! Thank you for this content.
Have to come to this place one day
Looks so cool! Definitely adding it to my travel bucket list
Beautiful town near the river
You and Chris in that last clip, so cute🥰
