If you don't have one, you might want to acquire a 30x40 ft heavy duty tarp. As your project continues there will be stages and times you will really appreciate being able to cover the whole project. Congrats on getting the main sub-floor in!

You guys debated quite a bit about buy that combination frone end loader-backhoe. You made the best decision possible. You use that thing constantly for a million different things. It's saved you so much time and painful muscles and lower back ove the months, and will continue to be essential; until the entire build is done. It was the right decision, maybe the best tool decision you've made so far.

The next step should be to install rough stairs (as compared to finished stairs) from the garage to the deck... get rid of those ladders and save yourself time and effort and reduce risk!

There's something about getting a walkable surface where you can start to feel the final layout come together. It would cool to see a video outlining some of the coming steps so we know what to expect future videos to cover.

I've been following all the pictures on facebook, so I know what's coming on the videos and I'm excited to see them. I've been a subscriber of your channel since the beginning and the little bell is clicked so I get all the notifications. I'm an old geezer who can't physically do what you two can so I really enjoy watching you guys do your thing. I like you guys and wish you nothing but the best in your journeys.

Just a recommendation, don't stand on the panels you're hammering (it will make it a lot easier) but I guess its safer.

For the few dollars it cost, you should get a few sets of knee pads. You will still need them.

I was wondering why you guys never picked up a quick drive(the tools you stand and it feeds screws had many names) for putting in all those screws would have been a lot better on your backs and knees?
