There is misconception that entire nepal was part of maurya dynasty however only some border areas were captured by maurya (322 bce) , nepal is geographically unique country so it was never entirely part of india.
So whatever misconception there is about akhanda bharat , nepal was never entirely part of it unless its a mythology
