Happens all the time in school. It's not only in China but Japan, Europe, or the United States. There's a lot of bullying. Some do lose their lives. It also creates school shooters who rampage kills anyone at school.
This drama reminds me of "Mean Girls," but at least the elder sister in this drama takes revenge and makes her bullies suffer. You have to admit, though, the elder sister is very rich and super powerful. If she wasn't, one would guess that she would be trampled on like her younger sister.
It's good to be rich so you can get away with it. 😮😮
These comments about why she doesn’t fight back are infuriating. Everyone has seen a bully. They pick on someone they know wont fight back. They always have people backing them up that scares their target even more. Shes too afraid to fight back , because they will hurt her even worse. Shes in a no win situation. Not everyone has a fighting spirit.
These dramas really make China look extremely horrible…😢
I agree and this scene(bullying) is too much for a drama or real life. So pitiful what if it happened to them in real life.
These are chinese dramas, but there are plenty evidence that extreme bullying happens everywhere, hence schoolsh**ters/ kids commiting s**cide.
It isn't just the bullying that does. It how everyone stands around, and does nothing to stop it, as well. It is also how it paints the picture that if you are poor, you have no worth. Honestly, there are very few of these short dramas that don't paint a really bad picture of China.
This drama is different from other short dramas and the ending of revenge is quite satisfying. Don't forgive bullies

In spoken Chinese there is no difference between he she and it. In fact pronouns aren't even infected really. That is why so many of these that are translated by AI or Google translate have these types of errors because it's trying to fill in the gaps for us.
In Mandarin, they dont care about pronouns. 他is he/she/him/her.
