It's 'seer-sha' not 'sir-sha' .. It's how it's pronounced in Irish and its how everyone in Ireland says it. In her earlier interviews from years ago she always said it like that. Only recently she's adopted 'sir-sha'. I think its something to do with non natives and especially Americans not having a clue how to pronounce it. Kind of annoying she's accepted it if I'm honest. Sold out a little bit :/
