[SMRT] Kawasaki Heavy Industries C151 [055/056] - Tanah Merah » Expo (CGL)

From today (16 June 2024) onwards, the R151 trains have started running on CGL. 831/832 and 829/830 are on full day runs on CGL, the first time we have seen no KHI trains on the line in donkey years. I think the KHI trains will still run occasionally, but not as frequently as the R151s.
After 5 years, the streak is over.
SGT2581 Announcement: With LTA announcing the retirement of the First, Second and Third Generation Trains in Singapore, (Kawasaki Heavy Industries Contract 151, Siemens Aktiengesellschaft C651 and Kawasaki Nippon Sharyo C751B), both of us will be filming more of these trains on both NSL and EWL, to commemorate the great service that these trains have provided.
