Hot VWs Magazine: EMPI Open House & Dyno Shootout

EMPI Open House & Dyno Shootout was a huge turnout and we had such a blast. This event was packed with a VW car show, product suppliers, food, games, and even we had a Dyno Shootout! Amazing some VW dynoed over 300hp and even 500hp!

Got me all confused.
10:43 Turbo charged and only pulling 176? I'm guessing they turbo'd a 1200?
13:10 NA doing 280? I'd love to see the specs on that one.

Great to see EMPI hosting events like this. EMPI have taken a bashing from certain quarters over the years, but I've never had any issue with all their products I've used and they have kept thousands of VWs on the road that would otherwise have gone to the scrappers. We can't all afford mega-dollar "boutique' components and EMPI supply some great parts and accessories to those of us on a tight budget.
Ps no I don't work for EMPI nor receive kickbacks from them, I just get tired of the "EMPI-bashers" out there!
