How do we take the mystery and the misery out of marriage?
The perception of a church full of Love, unity and order has been tarnished by the erosion of the institution of marriage!
It has hindered the witness of the church, fractured the family unit and negatively impacted our children! Affecting our morality, humanity as evident by our deep divisions, widening conflicts and diminishing regard for the sanctity of life!
We have played a role in the breach. We must play a roll in the repair! Marriage is so much more than being happy! It’s so much more than the wedding day!
The covenant, the commitment and continuity must all be priorities for those who say "I DO"!
We have to be whole first! We must be individuals who have a healthy spiritual relationship with God first! He is our source, our peace and purpose! Then we can join together as one!
God made the man, gave him an assignment, then made a woman to be a helper JUST RIGHT FOR HIM!
We have been messing up the just right part! If God made Eve Just right, shouldn’t we wait to find the one who is just right? They may be right there, but are they just right!
