The meta just got worse with Mephiles. Remove Multiple pickups on all his items and he will be balanced

What they should do is decrease the chance of getting 2x and 3x of stalking shade, and also decrease the time it drops so you have more time to move out the way. Then with the stalking swarm also decrease the chance of picking up 2x and 3x
