Mduduzi should sue whoever received child maintenance money using his name but never supported him. i'm no lawyer but i know for a fact that he can visit the South African legal aid clinic in Johannesburg where he will be given a lawyer that can help lay charges of fraud against them(pro bono) meaning free of charge. its wrong and people must be stopped.
