The only way such highest level of music and arts education in Cuba can ever have happened came from Fidel Castro's decisions on allocations from the national budget........ he was evidently as generous with funding fine arts education as he did for all other fields of study.

The best edition of Bamboleo IMO. Vannia is stunningly beautiful and has a great voice. Haila was sexy and provocative. The subsequent lead female singers cannot compare to them. The songs also has become weaker. Time for new blood, Lazarito!

That was Yordamis in the video. Haila had recently left Bamboleo. And yes, Yordamis is very sexy and elegant in this era.
