Just wanted you to know that tonight I’m going to sleep with completely different goals than I had this morning thanks to you. I’m gonna try to recover because I’m tired of everyone worrying about me. Also, I want to leave the hospitalization chapter of my life behind, not constantly stress about it happening again. Anyway, tomorrow I’m challenging myself and I will continue doing so until I get my life back❤️

it’s because she wanted to get better forced. recovery only equals forced fake happiness.actually recovery comes from the heart and the act of wanting to get better so wanting to get that happiness which is what she did so she did what it took to make her happy not just to make her gain weight x

No she don't have an ed. Sha has a UA-cam channel and post videos about self love and eating intuitively and what you want when you want. She is amazing.

ahh you made 饼！(Bing) I'm chinese and it's a huuuuuge part of our culture :) it's usually called 煎饼(Jian bing) and we often put spring onions/scallions inside and we put loads of oil in each layer every time we fold it over (we fold it a million times haha the more folds the flakier it is x) so it ends up like a really flaky savoury pancake :)) and then we fry it in a pan and its sooo good omg
also I think the cereal is "Cinnamon Toast Crunch!", so funny it goes by a different name in England.
