No, but the thing is that it can cancel any attack, so that's really important for Brave style where in constant danger. Having a more consistant counter is always a good thing.

For being G rank monsters they don't hit so hard (except the hyper attacks)
i guess they try to compensate that with the extreme deviants which can oneshot people, but yeah the dmg is still pretty managable
nazraelius The deviants are another thing, they hit hard at any level. I think that the normal monsters should hit as hard as in 4U imo

I agree building gauge on Glav is tedious, he hops out of my fade slash reliably every time.
That tamamizususzuszuzune uses the same move pool as in Double cross low rank, so they didnt make the changes for g rank exclusively.
Those new attacks are BS though. Really don't like them.
