Hi Tommy You do have to give a slight start then there's no stopping it if you do carry a big pay load.... But a normal day session with it with average or below average gear it pulls away with out needing to start it but you could have an issue but mine works perfect I've also bought the rear wheels for it and I think this is a massive plus really does make everything a doddle...... Cheers Dobbo
@@DobbosFishingAdventures Thanks for the reply, I literally put around 20kg on and it's struggling to pull even that. It's as if a brake is stuck on and the wheel is stuttering.
Sounds like there's a problem Tommy are the battery's 100% charged ? If they are take it back or contact where you got it from as per video it goes so fast with out out nowt on it 20kg is nothing defo issue....... Cheers Dobbo
@@DobbosFishingAdventures sent it back and got replacement, this one seems fine. Do you know if they do a front pannier for it? I bought the Nash one but it's too small, won't fit over the bar.
Hi Jason Fantastic mate battery's are perfect still use it a lot to be fair I probably don't have to for some swims I fish but just love using it lol Cheers Dobbo
@bryanbp89 Hi Bryan Not at all I've put tons of kit on the barrow and still pulls it extremely well tons of grunt in the motor and remember it is 24v 😀
Very easy to mock this sort of stuff if you're young fit and very able bodied , but if not this is easily a good answer for the people who sometimes struggle ~ back problems or maybe arthritis, possibly the only way some anglers can still enjoy their chosen pastime .....
Totally agree my back has seen better days I'm 49 I'm a boatbuilder been building boats for 33yrs now and I've certainly seen better days lower back pain bad knees etc etc etc This barrow is incredible makes life so much easier and to be fair not a bad price.....
Hi paul Thats strange can't remember being another plug/adapter the charger I got had crocodile clips on so went straight on to the terminals on the battery to be honest that's the only thing I could fault was the charger having crocodile clips Hopes this helps Cheers Dobbo
Just bought one but can't get it to pull underload unless I pick it up and push it first. Did you have this trouble?
