100% agree! The carpet was the cheapest and easy trick to try first but it’s not working how I want it. I want one of the printed PVC roll out tracks but they are like $300+ ….
@@furiouslycollecting there's got to be a cheaper diy solution. I work in grocery and sometimes the freight comes with pallet size cardboard (4ft x 40 inches) that's used between layers of freight before shrink wrapping for extra stability or between double stacked pallets. Anyway, they are pretty flat. If you talk to the grocery manager or one of the stockers they can save you some. I was thinking maybe four, connected by tape underneath might a good drift surface. I have hardwood floors which is OK for my 1/16 truck, but some of the boards aren't exactly flush so sometimes the wheels snag a bit when I go into a drift. I know it will be even more of a problem when I start getting 1/28's, so I might try this 🤔
@@furiouslycollecting Make a track out of sign material and try different tires. The sign material comes in 4x8ft sheets for around $20, which works well for me.
Waiting for my diff to come in so I can do the cs mod been watching your videos keep up the good work and I also did the magnet mod so no more body clips.
The trick i found is to barely use steering.
Counter steering is over kill. Stay stock be happy...an old Mini-z saying. Happy drifting brother.
I ordered another diff so I have the option to go back to normal! Lol
You need a more slippery surface or/and a more slippery tires.
I drive 2.1 cs without problems.

CS mod is great!! What diffs did you get?
Imo your floor has way too much grip for fun drifting.
Hard plastic, like the Dnano track, or hardwood floor, works way better.
I 100% agree
I never understood the need for the CS mod on the ma-020. Just does not make sense in my opinion
I went back to stock 🤙🏼
@@furiouslycollecting 👍🏻👌🏻
