    I'm calorie counting and working on portion control currently with my partner. In the past the only form of "dieting" that seems to work for me is calorie counting but I'm changing it in that I eat a wider variety of foods, and developing healthy habits like drinking lots of water and eating breakfast! Trying to make this into a lifestyle where I feel full quicker and don't crave junk food. Already lost 3kg! Love watching these videos for inspo as I'm trying to avoid high carb foods too. Thank you for posting 💕

    • @DieMikrowelle
      @DieMikrowelle 5 років тому +1

      @@sunlightwomen Ne, tatsächlich muss da kein Öl rein. Wenn du dir mal anschaust, wieviel Fett in Erdnüssen ist, wird's auch Sinn ergeben! :) Es gibt ja auch Erdnussöl, das nur aus Erdnüssen gewonnen wird. Es gibt auch Erdnussbutter auf dem Markt, die nur aus Erdnüssen besteht (von myprotein zB), wenn du den Mixer nur lange genug laufen lässt (vielleicht mit Pausen, damit er nicht überhitzt), bekommst du tatsächlich Erdnussbutter, die du dann wie du magst würzen kannst, zB mit Salz oder Stevia oder sonstwie. Ich hab bei der Haselnussbutter wirklich nur Haselnüsse in meinen Foodprocessor gemacht und das Ding für ca 20 Minuten (mit Pausen) laufen lassen, danach habe ich noch Kakaopulver und Stevia dazugegeben, damit ich ne Art Nutella bekomme.
      Nüsse haben SO viel Fett, da muss kein Öl zu :) Wenn du's versuchst, wirst du sehen, dass die Erdnüsse erst so eine Art "Mehl" bilden oder sowas, wenn du dann weiterlaufen lässt, wird's zu Butter, glaub mir! :)

      Honestly, on keto, most people after about 2 weeks, dont really get hungry for 3 square meals a day. Fat is much more satiating than carbs are so you stay full for longer. I really only have a cup of coffee or tea with heavy cream in the morning now and I'm fine until late afternoon, or even dinner! It's part of why low carb works, you feel full for longer and therefore you hit a calorie deficit much easier
