Girrrrrlllll... Where... Have... I...Been?!?! I smelled Givenchy Irresistible (the original and apparently "the new one" that recently came out), and I am HOOKED!!
I went in, and a woman associate asked me what I was looking for. I explained to her the profile I was looking for, and she gave me a few options.
Well.... The male (security guard/loss prevention) overheard me, and he respectfully pulled out ONE scent and sat it on the counter (WITH CONFIDENCE). I smelled it and fell in LOVE! THEN, he showed me the newest one. I almost fell out... He outdone himself with this one!
And if a guy suggests it, I say , YES😂✨️
Givenchy is a very consistent house. Glad you found it.

One of my fave perfumes is L’Interdit Givenchy! I was in Macy’s spraying and sniffing. Lol. I sprayed Irresistible Rose Velvet and immediately fell in love. There is something modern about the rose scent. One my skin it was creamy and bits of powder, which I love. It makes me want to sip rose in a pink dress and live the soft life!

Sis…this is the second time I’ve tested a fragrance and said “I wonder if Santa mentioned this in a video” and bam, there you are! Lol I just sprayed Good Girl Blush on my hand about an hour ago. It’s pretty and girly but it still has that umph that the original Good Girl has. Do I NEED it? No. Am I going to get it? More than likely lol

Hiiii Santa! 💖 I sniffed Good Girl Blush earlier this week and may pick it up. That bottle is PRECIOUS. Soooo pretty. Regarding La Belle, I would have said the same EXCEPT... one day I wore it to a brunch. Hours and hours later everyone remarked how good I smelled. I was in shock! Like... "me?!"

I smelt the Givenchy Rose Velvet today while waiting in the pharmacy and it really is divine! I liked it instantly, thinking I’ll get a bottle

Got my kayali yum pistachio and it's okay on its own, but my.goodness when you layer it with EJA what masterpiece! My partner liked it but when I layered it he was like now we talking. Santa, I'm patiently waiting for one of those good girls to sneak her way into your collection 😂

I'll be stopping by Macy's tomorrow to try out the Givenchy Irresistible. I'm happy Macy's is having a sale🎉❤🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿 I smelled Burberry Her, it had a plastic smell somewhat. I need to revisit it again. I have a full body of Jean Paul Gaultier La Belle Eau de Parfum. I really enjoy it!

It wasn’t a love at first sniff for me…when I first smelled it,it turned sour on me and I was like NOPE…but when I revisited it ,I was pleasantly surprised…Now I love it so much I even purchased the Le parfum…
I have both of them and I love them…you should try the le parfum,it’s sexier and deeper…

The bottle actually matches the juice inside. I have to give credit to them for this. Yes, get your nose on it.
Oh, the Velvet Rose Irresistible! Have not tried it, but adore the original. Will I like the Velvet? I also love both OG L’Interdit, Rouge and Intense! Such beautiful line! I can suggest to you the Eaudemoiselle by Givenchy if you have not tried it! A looong lasting fresh, but different green-ish rose with ambrette and ylang-ylang. Gorgeous.

The irresistible rose’s did me dirty! The dry down turned to hot breathe on me….. the opening was absolutely beautiful!! Sucks right!!

I liked CH Blush and the shoe is puuurdy but all Good Girls turn sour on my skin. I also really like Fame, it's a great fruity floral office friendly scent imo, and I fortunately get 🥭 all the way through the dry down with jasmine/incense. BUT I love Miu Miu Fleur de Lait 🥭 even more or layered! Been enjoying my bottle of Yum SO much, it could be a signature summer scent but my bottle is almost gone, I get hardly any projection/longevity. I can't believe it's an intense. Givenchy wasn't for me. I love my gourmands 🎉 Enjoyed hearing about all of these 💕
Im jealous of your experience with Fame. I want to smell that Miu Miu scent! Yes for Yum...it's a happy scent for spring. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experiences.
I smelled the rose Givenchy at Ulta the other day, I wasn't a fan. Didn't like what it turned into after about 20 to 30 min. But I have both L'interdit and love them both ❤

I have the travel size of Good Girl Blush. It’s a roll on. She lasted all day on me. :)

Also really loving Irresistible Rose Velvet. That iris really does it for me! The original Irresistible and Irresistible Eau Fraiche are.... resistible. They smell low quality to me compared to Rose Velvet.
Yes that iris note makes it classically powdery. We feel the same about the original irresistible lol. Thanks for sharing.
I think I’ve grown out of love with La Belle. Too sweet and a tad cloying for me now.

Here in New Zealand we wait FOREVER to get the new releases! I’m like that little kid standing outside a candy store whose not allowed inside watching new release perfume reviews on UA-cam! Irresistible Velvet Rose is on my radar too, as well as Burberry Her Elixir. It must be the pink bottles! This week I’m thinking of getting Mancera Rose Vanille but it’s a hefty price in NZ. I think its in the $300 range - but we’re coming into winter so it’s sounding appealing.

I like Fame's opening but it smells like Lady Million to me in the dry down, so I kept my little minnie. I am not a fan of Burburry at all nor of the Good Girls. I did give Blush a smell and it was not enough to make me purchase. JPG has never moved me either except my ex wore Man in the blue bottle (i liked it). Givenchy is a house my mother wore- I finally found 1 in the past that I liked- a Flanker of the one Alicia Keys was the face of , oh Dahlia- but not the original. I never liked Irresistible but I did purchase Rose Velvet and placed her amongst the blush items on my nightstand. I don't love her, but I love the essence of the scent. I will wear it. I felt it reminded me of another scent by Ralph Lauren that I like alot even though I rarely wear it- looked it up and they were created by the same perfumer.

I kept seeing UA-camrs rave about La Belle Le Parfum, and they made it sound so dark, gothic, sensual, and fruity gourmand...so of course me being me went ahead and blind bought it. Yeah agree...for me it came off sour, giving me a sour/fruity incensey vibe. On Fragrantica someone said they disliked it at 1st but let it sit for a few weeks, then went back and now love it. So I'm letting it sit...but so far I am def not impressed.
I also agree about Fame. I bought that one, but returned it. I have Mango Skin, Rialto from Gritti, and a dupe of Cruz del Sur II from Xeroff, which all are nice, complex mango fragrances. Fame as you mentioned, opens with mango, but quickly became a generic floral scent. It is nice....like "I need to run up to the store" so grabs this generic fragrance to smell decent, but def not on a sexy, complex level.
I'm glad you brought up Burberry Her Elixir because I actually wore it layered with other scents today...a perfect scent going into Spring for sure :)
La Belle La Parfum was raved about as you said! Sorry your blind buy did not work out. Fame was so disappointing after a few minutes. Burberry Her Elixir is fun and creamy. Thanks for sharing your experiences.
The opening of Fame is beautiful-I wish it stayed that way! It’s so masculine after. I love the bottle though, even though it’s kitschy.

Givenchy Irresistible Rose Velvet is the superior pink bottle fragrance in this video lol. Good Girl Blush is just ok. Nothing compares to Delina 😂😂

Yeah the labelle one didn’t do well in my skin either. It turns rather weird on me, kinda sour stanky…..I keep going back to it and trying it but each time, it’s like nope, just not for me

Yep, Labelle turns on me too so I used it for a room spray for a while, then I gifted it to a friend. I picked up a 30 ml of Blush - the pink heel is nice. Surprisingly she last on me a good 6 hours, that's all I ask for. Versace Dylan Purple is my fave new release. Btw, I received Kayali Yum Pistachio today and it's pretty, very happy.

Hi yes the good girl blush smells good but smell like bubblegum but in a good way and the pack is good but love the mango but when i it dry down it’s basic I smelled the rose velvet and yes sis it does smells good on my skin I bought a big one ❤❤❤❤

I recently smelt Ex Nihilo Fleur Narcotique and instantly fell in love with both the EDP and extrait but think I the extrait just has the extra edge and I neeeed 😅

Now, what I haven't been checking for is the house of Oreintica . I came across Arte Bellissimo Exotic, and it was love at first sniff. I thought I was getting bored with coconut fragrances. This one is not the beachy suntan lotion vibes fragrance. It's a smooth, creamy coconut with a sexy spicy vanilla dry down. Omg!

I picked up Good Girl Blush and Versace Dylan Purple for spring. Love them both! I need to get my nose on Irresistible Rose Velvet. I agree L'interdit Rouge is the best one. I have it and the EDP. I discovered EDP 1st 😅 lol!

I just recently got good girl blush and Fame... I get compliments on Givenchy but everyone body chemistry different the men paco rabanne exiler or men fragrance is good
The Good Girl Blush Elixir lasts longer, check it out. I'm like you Very Good Girl has been my favorite but i think I'm going to get GG Bkush Elixir. Great reviews

love this video we also have really strange weather but with a warm touch to it. guess what i tried the new kayali in the mall last night and loved it. yes the full bottle smells so good on my skin maybe it is warmer temperatures that made it shine because last week it was awful in the cold 🙈 sorry la belle doesnt work on you its pretty but i am trying to not purchase designers atm. hope you are well

I only have a handful designers in my collection: La Belle & the parfum, Hypnotic Poison, Spicebomb Extreme, and Flowerbomb. I do want to add L'Interdit Rouge. I am looking for some cheap niche perfumes from Comptoir Sud Pacifique, especially Vanille Café, Vanille Abricot, Amour de Cacao. They are around €80 .

It did a 180 on me in a matter of days, and although the performance is not the best, the scent is totally worth it. But I did return Greenwich Village which was too much of a detergent/soapy smelling perfume. I have other Bonds on my radar and I am watching your reviews on them.

Got GG blush end of August for my bd.....this thing sneaks up on you and LASTSSS. I get 8+ hours on skin and more on clothes...it surprised me how long it lasts....I get tones of compliments on this one from both women and men ...it's very feminine and girly. It's spring and summer daytime imo...I wear it to the office which maybe I shouldn't bc it does project and last on me, but it's nice and all my coworkers seem to love it.

Girl, that fragrance has been in my collection for about 2 years, and the dent isn't denting. I use it for layering, and it works just as good as vanilla 28 . Jimmy choo the og is what I layer it with the most. But I still don't gravitate towards it much.

I loveeeeee Fame! 🥲 the initial scent was the same for me, but the dry down is what I actually enjoyed most. It’s almost like a fruit milkshake drydown on my skin, so maybe the body chemistry didn’t sit well with the scent for you. I do also encourage everyone to smell it on themselves before buying!

What a coincidence. I also went to Ulta yesterday and also loved Irresistible Velvet Rose. Out of everything I smelled, I chose to spray that one on skin before I left. Was so good for an hour, then changed after that to maybe a sour black currant? Was so sad. It was so good in the beginning. I agree though: A romantic movie, spring scent. Glad it works for you!!!
