- This film features an important pour of concrete "icing" on the top of the new dam, forming the crest's important ogee (O-G) shape. Not only does our intepid filmmaker learn a new word in the world of dam design, but captures interviews with three levels of management as they reach the top of the mighty wall that is Canberra's Enlarged Cotter Dam.
