This song is somewhat popular in Korea. I saw koreans mentioning it on TV at least 3 times. The only one I can remember clearly is EXO's Chanyeol singing in Exo showtime. I was a bit curious when I saw that they knew it and with a little search, with my very poor korean, I found that they have this song on karaoke? So that must be it? If you google 라디오 헤드 크리프 노래방 (Radiohead Creep Karaoke in hangul) it shows a lot of things related to it. But Chanyeol also once said he likes this song because he would listen together with his mother when he was a kid, so maybe it became a hit in the 90's in Korea also.
