grats, HL content rewards vertical progression more than horizontal since we can spam raids on 1 ele and get mats for every ele. Even tidings for faa0 isnt a big deal when you can start your first run on a lesser ele using a 230 opus with faa0 key equipped.

no aglo/zeta is fine but no perci is rough since we lose a summon slot for gojo/alex to cross 40%, and lose an easy 2mil hit source. below is an old fraux4 kengo comp but I'm not sure if it's too slow for current speed hexa: ua-cam.com/video/U9H0jHKOwN4/v-deo.html in any case, no zeta no perci means you're either getting your 2mils from 000 or fraux with sk4 unlocked + grid skill caps so she can hit 2mils.
With noa you could probably get something going with a yamato ougi comp that has x qilin for turn 1 noa debuff immunity. Since you won't have perci wep to mh, you'd be making yamato ccw. mc skills probably breath/seasplitter/mist y.silva/wilnas/noa should be fine but without those you could just slot in whatever ougi charas you got. yamato1 for 90, guard an omen before 70 to get yamato1 off cooldown from ccw passive, seasplitter on 50. get the rest of the hits from ougi and summon call and skill clicks. we're unboosted x qilin because colo m3 weps aren't good single sided, you could do bubs or luci or baha main, grid could look something like the following: imgur.com/KK2cpu8
I don't think I've tried with mugen bow off so I don't know and don't exactly remember. I used it as a substitute for Ushumgal since proving ground never runs, but if your MC Ougi skill damage and Wilnas2 are both hitting for 2mil without it then you can do without. neither fraux nor alanaan needs to be flb as stated in the video description, but assuming you mean you don't have them yet: a few options for first backliner when sylph dies in order is zeta, y.aglovale, y.nezha, v.vira, v.medusa, michael. other backliner options would just be blue/green pot charas.
ya the healing cap wep, rotb gun, and def15 mugen bow arent too great single sided. you can swap them out for as many def mugen swords as you want, then add in a 3rd tempering or fill the rest with exaltos
Zeta is better than wilnas, outside of that whatever helps you clear 2mils is probably fine. Without sylph we can bring an off-ele sac and bring out fraux turn 1, non flb is usable still.
Sylphless and just running off-ele sac for turn 1 fraux front is doable, but I would prefer to go back to the single sided agni mugen sword comp just so we have more defense. Getting the 100% heal cap and also not having debuff immunity can be a problem here.
You just simply don't use bubs. Put in anything else that can do 2mil for omen clears. You may have to hold longer 40-15% since you won't have triple dispel without Fraux1 + (Wilnas1 or Wilnas Ougi)

Not really, I haven't used fenie much but she should really only be used in combination with her wep + manadiver

210 colo is a cheap option if you don't have anything better to put like grand order or halmal
