Could be bad brushes. Look up how to fix motor brushes. Hopefully it will help.

I am slightly concerned about one of those screws coming loose and ending up in the juice which then gets swallowed.

My juicer is giving only sound but the blinder is not turning and I smell some odor,why?
Motor is probably burned out. Or the shaft could be spinning in the plastic disc causing heat. im not an expert.
I have a Model CL 003AP THE SWITH GOES NO BUT THE JUICER DOES NOT TURN AROUD IT. IS THERE A FIX UP FOR THAT.
The most likely problem is a bad switch. There is the on/off switch but also a safty. When you put the metal bar up to hold the top on it actuated a switch. If that switch isn't contacting the juicer won't work. Smell the motor area if you get a burnt electrical smell then the motor could be bad. Thts all ive got, Good luck

@@DirtyShopDIY So how's the process going so far this month in making a few more? That part on my juicer is broken where the grinding wheel screws on and holds the basket in place. The rest is ok, I've tried glue but it only holds for a few days and now another piece has broken, so I think a total replacement may be the answer. I've tried to get that whole piece off, but not having much success so if you have some info on that removal, I would appreciate your input.

Yeah It takes me about 1.5 hours to make one and I only make about $15 on each one. Not cost effective for me.
