no, first you need DP, and second he kinda cant keep up with continuous proc of debuff. i tried on the SV-9 tentacle but it doesnt really work since it seems like it applies debuff every instance of second
A quick explanation is the that he uses 3 dp point every 3 seconds he is deployed. If you unlock his module it makes it 2 dp points every 3 seconds. His second talent let's him have the ability to use 5 dp to reflect stun/freeze. Also when his 3 skills is active it gives 60% chance to dodge physical and arts damage (has to be outside his attack range for dodge) I do recommend having good vanguards because once you run out of dp he is automatically retreated. You also can`t regenerate dp when he is placed, but if you have his module he can generate dp although not very much.

"When DP is consumed by Trait effect, if there is sufficient DP, consume 5 DP instead to block the next Stun/Freeze inflicted on Lee and Stun the attacker for 3 seconds" Because of the first term "When DP is consumed by Trait effect" which implies that the usual 3(2) DP substraction is substituted when 5DP are available for the chance to reverse a stun. Which would mean 5DP every 3s. But when I see your video (and your comment) you can see that it's actually normal DP consumption every 3 s. PLUS 5DP when a stun comes it to reverse it.
i also hadnt really understand it well but afaik he simply change what should be 3/2 DP consume to 5 if he got a status ailment. one thing i need to check whether he could block two status ailment happened in short time
I feel like, whenever his UNO reverse not active, he consumes 5 DP instead of 3 or 2 (if module) to gain the UNO reverse, and actually stays until get stunned or frozen which he counters back with stun. then the next time he consumes dp, if the UNO reverse is used before, he'll consume 5 DP again
