My question is about Cyberknife vs. SBRT. Also how accurate is the new Viewray linac Truebeam with RapidArc from UCLA? I'm newly diagnosed with immediate/Azure stage prostate cancer and I'd like to know which radiation for my treatment.

If there was.a profound reduction in secondary cancers associated with the most modern radiation therapy (v radiation therapy of 20 years ago) it would help in the decision making process. And we might see less radical prostatectomies.
Since that sort of long term beam radiation ‘side effect’ only manifests 10-15 years down the road I can see why evidence might be scarce.

My radiation was administered with the aid of Kylipso implants and a space OAR to limit exposure to the rectum. I feel 90%+ normal 8 months after treatment.
