You’ll need to destroy all the food pods in the 5 Acts,
Act 1, 2 and 3: 1 type of food pod, 30 per chapter
Act 4: 2 types of food pods, 15 each per chapter
Act 5: 3 types of food pods, 10 each per chapter.
Since Act 1, 2 and 3 have 5 chapters
Act 4 having 3 chapters
and Act 5 having only 2 chapters and meaning there’s 30 food pods per chapter,
5 x 3 + 3 + 2 = 20 chapters (not including Act 6.
20 x 30 = 600
So you’ll need to destroy all 600 food pods in the game to achieve the Super Spray on Shoes. And sadly some food pods require a specific weapon upgrade to reach so you would need them too.

It’s not mustard, it’s actually shown in one of the loading screens (if you dunno the loading screens its those scenes where you see the corrupted FLDSMDFR showing a food on its screen and would say:
Loading
[Food Name]
But anyway the white liquid is one of the foods in the loading screen and it’s called “Oil” so it’s possibly a sort of Cooking Oil, or something. But since butter is the only food in the game that melts into this “Oil” we can assume that the Oil is melted butter.
