I came across this video yesterday and I couldn’t help but comment on it since I have watched it many, many times already. This song is one of my favorites. The harmony is just heavenly... impeccable. Didn’t think an Indian group could produce such beautiful sounds. The lyrics may be original but I like the alternative lyrics better... probably because I grew up listening to those words... but full marks to the singers and musicians. God bless you all!
I was at a conference several years ago and we sang grace to that tune and added the chorus. The grace was “Be present at our table Lord, Be here and everywhere adored, These mercies bless and grant that we May love and serve thee faithfully.” First time I’d heard it and thought then how beautiful it was!
First thing I noticed was A Capella in the title was misspelled. Second thing I noticed was the song was not sung A Capella (without instruments). What gives?
