    We make the same way you make. Today we replaced broken raw rice with broken wheat rava. Rombave nalla irundhadhu.

    Mami, really superb dish with yummy combination, I usually do this with coconut chatni but this combination is amazing, but I have a doubt that, vengala metal can we use tamarind? If yes tell me about the usage of that for vessel for what purpose....... Kindly guide us

    I tried this in cooker leaving it on steam for 10 mins. I used 1:3 reason rice : water and this turned out extremely well....taste 🤤🤤

    Namaskaram mami. You had mentioned in curd rice making video that curd should not mix with ulunthu as it's not healthy and can't offer to God. But for டாங்கர் பச்சடி , we are mixing curd with ulunthu powder.
    Please confirm which is the correct & healthy way to eat and cook on this mami ? Ram Ram

      தயிரும் உளுந்தும் நிச்சயமாக விரத நாட்களில் அம்மாவாசை பித்ரு காரியங்கள் அன்று சேற்த்து சமைத்து சாப்பிடுகூடாது.சாதாரண நாட்களில் டாங்கர் பச்சடி தயிர்வடைஇவைகளை சாப்பிடலாம்.
