Where do you find these tactics each time?

I create them with trial & error. I pick a formation, start with a neutral defense line/attack width, basic instructions and tweak them until I find what works with elite div/div 1 & fut champs. I test all of my tactics before I post. Sometimes I get inspired by real life team’s tactics as well.
