Thank you! I have a little baby cockatiel (on my profile, picture) and sometimes he bites and stuff. This has taught me that they just do that because they are stressed. I also did not know that you cannot feed your cockatiel chocolate and other stuff. Thank you!!!
I adopted 2 Cockatiels, how long will it take them to adjust/trust me? I can hand feed them but they will not come out of the cage or jump on my hand or even let me pet them. Love the videos, Thanks

I need help with my cockatiel I've done research on Budgies for years and I'm learning on Cockatiels now. I'm waiting for everything to be set and ready before I get the bird. Like the cage, once it's fully setup with the right things, once I bird proof my room, once Ive learned everything I need such as food, taming, sickness, moods, and so on. But I'm confused about something. So Budgies (from my knowledge) need about a week or two alone in the cage to understand the surroundings and you. You could rub your finger on the cage and such so they can get used to you. But is that the same with cockatiels? If so, how long do I need to wait until they're okay with their surroundings? What do I do when I first get it? And how soon should I let it out the cage so it can fly freely in my room?
It cost around 15 to 20$ each for my cockatiels.. I don’t know where you live but they’re pretty affordable in Morocco you just need to find a good breader
Hi , I just landed up in a problem with my cockatiels , can you help me , Recently 1 of my 13 cockatiels died , it was not able to get his head up , and then after 2or 3 hrs , it died , nd now another 2 of my cockatiels are showing same symptoms , idk what is happening they are shaking , literally shaking , and sitting in the ground instead of perch , their head is shaking. What is possibly happening with them....

Parrots are extremely social birds, including cockatiels. As long as she is tame, getting another one is good. Quarantine them for at least 30 days, then put their cages close together until they start to become used to one another. Slowly introduce them outside the cage, and if they start fighting out them back. Repeat until either it is clear they won’t get along or until they start to get along. Make sure to continuously train your current cockatiel throughout this, though, since birdie friends could either make them more tame or more feral. Hope this helps!
