whopperjawed when I saw this. your work is incredibly refined. also.. our transitions/flow sequences are almost identical. I am in awe. Freestyle transitions make a ton of otherwise hard to link moves dynamic and now keyed to the dancer graced with being able to express it in those ways. I kind of can't wait to find my clan here, so much to learn from others

omg question when did u get ur splits ur so flexy. im a man who just started and i have NO flexibility and im struggling tryna get flexy as fast as i can. i go to flexibility classes but its hard !
Uhh, I’m probably not the right person to compare with. I did rhythmic gymnastics as a child. I did loose most of my flexibility after not doing any sports for 15 years but then it came back relatively quickly when I decided to get it back. Flexibility is super individual. How long have you been working on it for? Do you feel like you‘ve made progress?
