Steps For Christ Bible Camp Day 4 June 2024

Sadly, today was our last day at the Camp, but we saved the best for last. The Thuthuzela team did an awesome job with their mind-blowing interactive session with the kids. these social workers came with a deep diving program called, Healing with Art and started with a good mental presentation by Edwina. Teaching the kids how to deal with past trauma and how to overcome the scars of past experiences. They used the clay to express their deepest feelings and fears, and, in this process, they dealt with emotional trauma of the past and unresolved issues. This is such a needed program, and the impact was evident.
Now, it was time to pack up and go home with the transport that was sponsored by Lucio's Taxi's. What an unforgettable week, of making new friends and and learning a ton of knowledge backed up by a life changing camp. Thinking back, it was all worth the effort.
