- Thank you for joining me for another spring episode of The Dandelion Pact! 🌼🍃 Do you love pasta as much as Winifred does? In today's video, I am sharing some easy fresh pasta ideas. I added some boiled beetroot and roasted red pepper to dye the pasta dough naturally. The end result: beautiful and colourful garganelli, farfalle and tagliatelle! I also made some dandelion pesto!

Winifred has resumed writing and is working on her first novel, which is set in the 1800s. Her new friend Ian is very interested in her work and offers to help. An upcoming mutual event will be their opportunity to start sharing ideas.

I love that you put dandelions in vases. Where I live, they are seen as terrible things that need to be discarded, yet you are valuing them!
I write to penpals on a regular basis and wish that people wrote letters in this way today, very much so. It is gorgeous to listen to.
I really enjoyed watching the process of handmade pasta as well. It reminded me a bit of how I cut fabric to make quilts.
The set up of the table at the end of this was great! How did the pasta turn out? I hope it was delicious.

The pasta was quite good, it was a bit cold when I started to eat it, but I had another plate in the evening and it was better! :)
Oh how beautiful! I so enjoy your videos and worry your dinner will be cold?! That pasta I’m sure, melted in your mouth! How colourful and beautiful it looked! You have helped me to slow down, so I’m very grateful for that. I was taught to work so quickly and it’s been a hard habit to break but I’m being mindful of it and much slower now. I have been making Welsh cakes for our Sunday breakfast and we so enjoy it! I also slowly make a healthy raspberry and dark chocolate muffins recipe too this week, and we enjoy one a day with a cup of tea.

oh my good god, this pasta making looks like sooo much work, but it looks equally as delicious! I think i would give up half way through, i m not that patient. you do everything so gently it is very nice to look at.
i like to light candles for every meal, even if i have dinner alone and not with my sister. it is just so very nice and makes the moment special to me.

It always takes me a lot of time because I need to move the phone for every shot and with floured hands it ends up being a mess... but it was good, and the pesto was delicious! What a perfect day for a video!!!❤ It's the middle of the day and the sky is black with an impending storm. I'm curled up in my bed watching this🤗. Your garden is beautiful and the vast forest around you is breathtaking. I live in apt so I don't have views as you do. We can plant a few plants here as long as it's in a pot. It's against the rules to plant in the ground. The video is enchanting as always. I'm highly allergic to dandelions. As a little girl, I picked my teacher a bouquet of dandelions and she sent me home because I broke out in hives. My friend gave me some herbal tea one day and my throat started closing up. Went home and took a Benadryl. Next day we investigated the ingredients of the tea and it had dandelion in it. I can love them from afar, but know my limits. I'll just enjoy the flowers watching you enjoy them😊. Still a perfect video in every way. Makes me feel warm and cozy inside. 🩷

Homemade pasta is just the best. Those striped farfalle are so pretty. I've never tried dandellion pesto but when spring comes I'm definitely going to give it a go. That is if my sheep don't get to them first. Love that it's vegan too. You just keep on suprising me and everything looks so beautiful. Hope you're having a wonderful week Indoora. I've made dandelion jelly. It is yummy and tastes a bit like honey. However, I have not eaten the flower or greens in a dish.I loved watching you make the colored pasta. I have a favorite recipe I make with bow tie pasta and the colored pasta would make it even more interesting. Thanks again for a visual pleasing video and the beautiful music. 💖
