    Add some valves, of course, then you have all the time in the world to get the rad right - just saved me trying to get a plumber in. Thank you.

    I like the little offsets you put in the vertical pipes; most guys would just put one bend in. Re. the compression fittings, I always add a very thin layer of compound inside the olive as well, so its seal with the pipe is guaranteed.

    • @moss_electrical_and_plumbing
      @moss_electrical_and_plumbing Рік тому

      The compound works great, I can’t remember the last time I had a compression fitting leak since using this method, unless I forget to do one up - like in this video 🤣

    I would have put a tee on end and put the drain valve into it instead of it being in the middle of the pipe work

    • @moss_electrical_and_plumbing
      @moss_electrical_and_plumbing Рік тому +1

      That would look better, this pipe work was being boxed in though so it wouldn’t have been accessible if I had done that

    I wanted to ask if it is easy or difficult to install central heating as a beginner who has finished the 4 month school for hvac systems, where should we base ourselves

    • @moss_electrical_and_plumbing
      @moss_electrical_and_plumbing Рік тому

      I’d imagine that you could understand the concept of the heating system, and possibly design how it should be set out on paper, but I doubt you would have the practical skills to be able to do it after 4 months.

    Have you checked coding on central heating U.K. , this valves are not suitable for central heating, what happens when other plumber comes in and does the power flush ? Chemical’s could eat the glance washer and it will weep trough a screw slot head , once you pressurise the central heating system . I understand it’s a quicker way , but that’s not permanent solution. It wouldn’t cover accidental house insurance and your liability insurance, you have to think smart 😂, I’m only here to help you out
