When I met the band in a Klub in LA after a Konzert in '98, a few fans were talking to Fritz about this tune that they played at Tribal Gathering. Fritz said: "Yeah, we just call it 'Tribal'.". I asked: "What about 'Nummweltverschmutzung'?"., and Fritz looked at me wide-eyed and asked: "How do you know that?!", and I said: "On the internet.". :] He was a bit shocked that fans would know such details.
I was there , Florian was signing things behind the Palladium before the show. Then we went to the club on highland and I bought them a round! good times
And yet, KW's upload of it to their site called it "Tribal". I'd rather trust something the band put in writing than an anecdote about a conversation from 26 years ago.

Damn, today I was given a scare because I wanted to listen to this today (I love this arrangement very much btw) and it said that the video and the channel had been removed. Whatever the issue was, I'm so glad that it was resolved quickly, so I can continue to listen to this hidden Kraftwerk jam. Thanks for this! Also, I hope one day you could do the same for the remaining 2 unreleased tracks, Tango and Lichthof. I'd be the first view. Take care!

However, "Numm" and "Nummwelt" do not mean anything, the do not have a meaning in German.
It is a word play of Nummern and Umweltverschmutzung (Environment Pollution)
