If you are having problems with the saplings getting stuck on the second turn, you can just break the second turn and the 2 conveyors after that. Then you can just add a conveyor ramp with the start like 1 block under where the second turn is.

I wouldn't recommend this farm for expensive saplings as they despawn all the time. The devs could fix this as well. I have this farm for oak and it works well.

TIP: Start off with using two ramps and instead of using a right/left conveyor belt, just mine a block down and use a regular one. That will prevent the tree from getting stuck around the corners. :)

That would actually not work for this farm cause the sapling planter and lumbermill has to be on the same level and there is 2 turns for the sapling to make so it has two go 2 blocks down and the sapling planter and lumbermill won’t be on the same level. But that’s a good tip for people who are new to the game
@@WAFFLE747 Oh, I forgot to mention that I used two ramps before the drops.
DV!! If you put both left and right outputs the same type of item, it will filter out perfectly balanced if you have wood going in it with a decent amount of space! I figured that out while I was testing a split conveyer and I was amazed!! (It doesn't work perfectly balanced if the items are too close together just to let you know..)
It literally acts as an item balancer and puts one wood to the right, then another wood to the left and repeats the process as long as both left and right outputs are the same

pro tip, add input/output chests filled with saplings instead of just conveyors to reset the despawn timers constantly

If you use mergers on the corners it works just fine because there’s no bug

If you rotate the design 180 degrees and repeat it you can skip the corner conveyor belts. E.g. Each filters left output goes straight into a second sapling planter. It doubles the output per level of the farm and skips the difficult corner problems.

17:10 We have split conveyors, just place a steam generator next to it to change what you are farming

DV, you can make a underground petrolium storage that connect to petrolium machines, and make a mountain that has the pumpjack in the center.

WARNING!!!
Do not put SPIRIT SAPLING in the auto planter, because SPIRIT SAPLING will disappear since there is 1 part of it that doesn't allow block near it making your sapling disappear.
What I mean doesn't allow is try to make a PLUS sign with blocks and destroy the middle, all saplings can be placed in the middle except the SPIRIT.
I'm not sure if it works on all angle but just be careful when placing spirit sapling
17:10 or just put an in and out chest and afterwards a sawmill for the pallets, then you get a bunch of wood and then get pallets too

You place it next to a fruit tree feed it with petroleum and it will harvest the fruit type
Dv 5:26 you can just put a conveyor ramp so you dont need to put a gap there.

I wish the devs would just make a Tier 2 lumbermill that has a replanter function instead of this. The build is just so clunky. So much unnecessary conveyor time and block space.

Okay I just did a 1 level version of this and I get 32 wood before 4 saplings despawn. Using T2 Conveyors.

Make the hole 2 block wide and put conveors and the opistie side i have no tier 4 i just found it out i wish i had an oil set up like yours
Wish they could add a tool that allows you to move the resource blocks around without actually breaking the block itself since alot of materials are wasted just by bridging the oil to autofarms

I know this isn't very big but you can make the conveyor going out of the lumber mill being a left instead of a filter then the merger and it saves space and it saves item limit
I made a farm that was similar to this and my saplings kept on despawning. I think it's because dropped items despawn when you leave the game meaning the saplings that were on the conveyors cycling back to the replanter had despawned. I think this might be a problem with this build as well.

maybe when the wood drops u put a randomizer then a sawmill on the left and a industril chest on the right the behind the sawmill u put another randomizer the left will be for pallets the right for industril chest

u can use randomizer example: randomizer randomize wood to sawmill or chest then randomize planks to chest or pallets, simple! Got everything in the same time!

instead of the filter at the bottom, you can use a randomizer so you can get pallets and chests full of wood
yeah but some people don't want both, they want one or the other. with a filter although you cant do both at the same time, one is prioritized over the other so the waiting time for the stuff u need is less
just a place where there is a turn, the conveyor which has an upward direction, thus it falls on the conveyor having a different direction without turning

You can use conveyor ramp to make it more compact all you have to do is move the coal totem to the side and the ramp can go behind the conveyor feeding the lumber

dv theres a problem of this design like when u leave/disconnect and the sapling is in the conveyer the sapling will just fall to the void.

You can Put two different trees in the sapling replanter and you will get two different Woods!
My pumpkin crate farm has the glitch where it stops but on a straight conveyor belt
i did a different style, and it wont work properly, after the sapling replants, the lumbermill wont go anymore
