Salaam, in one of the podcasts someone said that we have to lower our gaze from 3 things: Non Mehram women for males, the inside of someone's house and flashy things. U know if one wants to get remorse in his heart to make tawbah but he can’t find it so he’s trying to learn about Allah to find the Remourse,shall he memorise the tawheed or shall he not,will it be better for him to memorise the tawheed or not in terms of getting remourse
