Real talk at first I used to think this dude was crazy but he the only one speaking the real when it comes to sneakers I'm not a sneaker head nor do I Collect sneakers not my thing alot of what this dude says I agree with and say myself and these UA-camrs that are hype beasts is what you need to address they are part of the problem dudes be making videos persuading ppl to buy certain kicks and how come all these UA-camrs be getting access to all these exclusives?? Half of them be Influencers and get deals from ppl who advertise on their channels etc this game is crazy

The worst is buying a rep from StockX and Goat for a resale price, happened to me on both and never again will I buy resale. If I can’t get retail it wasn’t meant to be

Nike just need to get there numbers right. I can end up with 20/30 psirs with just raffles and foot work easy.. last time bred 11s dropped i ended up with 49 pairs and sold all at 300 and made like 4300 in 2 dsys

I buy reps all day a lot of people don’t know they come from the same factory that the original shoe comes from they just not authorized …Nike can simply kill the resellers by having any kick they ever made on they site
nike loves them because they create hype. until nike offers presale orders for new releases I will never believe they do not love resellers. This is thesole reason the rep markt exists. Hype and limited production. nike shits all over its customers.

@@Fitsbyfree bots are for lazy people who dont want to put in work.. i camp out at stores entrr every raffle possible and hit all stores. Sometimes i out s t 5 am till 6 pm chasing it.. the hussle is real while a bot hits 1 or 2 buttons and chill.. yes its said to work smarter not harder but I just cant bot plus i like the grind
I don't buy replicas, I buy proxies. The instant Nike offers pre-ordering for new releases I am done with proxies and will gladly pay retail.
I'm a complete stranger to sneaker collecting, but I am into model kit building (specifically Gunpla), and there is some utility to resellers here:
While most kits are mass produced and distributed through retailers around the world, some are exclusive to a storefront called "Premium Bandai", where they're made to order instead of mass produced. The problem is, Premium Bandai only ships to a select few countries around the world, and some of the PB exclusives are highly desirable kits. In this case, the only way for most people to get their hands on Premium Bandai kits is through resellers.
Of course, this here is fundamentally a failure of the parent company to properly distribute their merchandise, and resellers are just a necessary evil. And, naturally, the resellers who do nothing but buy up the stock and sell it to customers that could have otherwise bought retail, these people are just scalpers and deserve no respect at all.
Sneaker resellers are advantageous for the buyer, especially in one aspect. They are also curators. I was able to get the J5 Fire Red, released in March 2020, for retail cost, before fees, on StockX a few weeks ago. They originally dropped right after Covid went off. Wasn’t trying to spend money on grails, when I wasn’t sure if I’d have a job in a few weeks. Was able to circle back and grab them 4 years later. Found a seller that accepted my bid on a whim.

I like Nike and Jordan but even I admit some of their shoes are trash
False as a reseller i dont dont go crazy on a basic release or shoes i know will sit or end up in a outlet

Some reseller s just be tring to over do it.. i have customers who rather me just go through the trouble to get shoes for them and I just charge a fee for example if the shoe cost me to 220 after-tax but are going for 350 on the market I would sale at 300. I don’t be trying to be super greedy and if they want a kid sz i charge 40 over aslong they get the adult sz no matter the market.. i hate people with bots cuz they dont put in foot work.. just a click of the button
