It's doable if you luck into 3 perfectly aligned deer that are close to the TC, or if you have a wall or trees to push them along. Otherwise, forget about it. Any slight misalignment and they will scatter.
I don't know if it can be realiably done since you have to move them in a single line otherwise it gets too chaotic, for two deer it can be reliably done since for any two given deer you can just draw a straight line between them and to push them you just have to change where that line points to your target location and push them like usual. But I think you wouldn't be able to steer 3 deer reliably unlike 2 deer since you cannot always connect 3 deer with a line.
