At first I thought I was going crazy it wasn’t until I got into therapy after our break up my therapist was literally saying and telling me things that he was doing right on spot. I was mind blown everything he did was pre-calculated and planned and love bombing the idolizing the devaluing discard it was so heartbreaking
I ended it all with him yesterday. Tired of nurturing him with my energy without getting anything in return apart of rejection and constant sadness

( he’s married & I know it’s been on the Rocks a Long time”) he actually said he was worried about me and he almost stepped over to check on me. WTH… he babble a few other little words in there, and I just walked away. It had to do with our daughter too. But for him to say that he was worried about me that is extremely unusual for him to say that being he’s married. The only problem is people see him out in bars or performing that’s not the man that’s behind closed doors people used to say I was toxic because they couldn’t understand why I had an attitude when we were out together they had no idea labs going through for days Before being out and I guess I just couldn’t hide my dissatisfaction on my face so I was called the toxic one while he was capable of hiding our differences from the public, and then falling all over random women, telling them how good they looked complementing them while I was sitting right there and he hadn’t even been speaking to me for three days it made me crazy

I see his list of friends all the people that were around us for those five years are no longer there right after we broke up within three months, they were gone.
