    Will remake test to better show with a more clear sided water container the dip being perfectly aligned with the harass nozzle! OR will make a test rig of just the 4010 fan, part cooling ring, ans a basic bracket to connect it in relative positioning to the hotend (create mock-up) that allows camera 🎥 angles through the part cooling loop, as it is difficult to see in the video here but in person it is PERFECTLY aligned!
    Also consider making water vortex video*. When cleaning them out in sink water, only perfectly proportioned duct dimensions and flow to evenly distribute air in a circle coming from a one sided fan source without having any one section be more powerful than the other to make lopsided air flow. Consider making adapter to collect all water from sink to funnel it into the fan connection area to show the cyclonic water spiral that is formed ONLY when a perfect distribution of flow is created! [All other versions before this one wouldn’t form the water cyclone as they didn’t equally distribute flow as this version does!]
    -Consider demonstrating this with water flowing through it vs air so it can visibly be seen by customers from above the ring without any hotend in the way! It does always form a water cyclone and the center of the cyclone is perfectly centered within the ring (looking from above) which wouldn’t happen if any
    One side pushed more water or air out than another, it would move the center (place of all sides colliding) off center-and then if off center too badly the cyclone effect dissipates..

It is easy to see in person, but on camera the geometry is difficult to show!     This shows the flow of the air also creating a perfect cyclone that also improves air flow efficiency over non-laminar flow, and directly hits the tip of the nozzle where solidifying hot plastic is needed for perfect overhangs that can be made with the stock fan! We are wokring on larger versions for use with more powerful fans such as 5015 centrifugal fan types!
